Metro Detroit jeweler shot to dying near his Oak Park shop

Oak Park — Dan Hutchinson didn’t sell just jewellery. He sold standing.

When Metro Detroit rappers to start with tasted results, just one of their very first stops was Hutchinson’s jewellery retailer in Oak Park. His wares confirmed that they experienced created it.

Kenneth Morris of Southfield is not a rapper but was a longtime consumer of Hutch’s Jewelry and considered the proprietor a superior pal.

“It’s crazy, insane. No one would want to damage him,” stated Morris. “He’s a straight-up dude.”
