The footage starts as a female customer – dressed in all black and wearing a face covering – walks up to the counter.

She reaches into her pocket and pulls out the pepper spray before leaning over the counter and firing it into the worker’s face.

The staff member tries to run away but the brazen thug chases her and continues to launch the liquid at her.

Another customer, holding a dog on a lead, also flees in terror as the employee disappears out of view.
